This role involves managing a sales team to drive growth in the Irish market for health, beauty and cosmetic products. It is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned sales leader with experience in managing teams and building relationships with key stakeholders.
Job Responsibilities:
The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve business objectives. This includes managing a team of 6 field sales merchandisers, setting key performance indicators (KPIs) and targets, and coaching the team on selling and relationship management skills.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage a team of 6 field sales merchandisers to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction
* Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives
* Set KPIs and targets for the sales team and monitor progress
* Coach the sales team on selling and relationship management skills
* Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers and suppliers
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* At least 3 years of experience in managing a sales team
* A strong understanding of the retail industry and FMCG sales
* Excellent communication and leadership skills
* High level of IT proficiency, including Microsoft Office
* A clean driving licence
