Job Title: Software Engineering Leader

Responsibilities:
* Lead cross-functional teams of software engineers, QA professionals, and other resources to deliver cutting-edge software solutions.
* Collaborate with product management to prioritize deliverables and manage sprints and releases.
* Provide technical leadership in architecture and design for software development in public cloud environments.
* Coach and mentor engineers to help them grow in their careers.
* Cultivate relationships with business stakeholders to ensure effective communication and alignment on product schedules and risks.
Requirements:
* Demonstrated experience leading Agile delivery teams.
* Strong technical knowledge with Python, Java, Microservices, Spark/Scala, Kubernetes, Kafka, ElasticSearch, and AWS.
* Experience in machine learning frameworks and libraries such as PyTorch, scikit-learn, TensorFlow, MLflow, Keras, and XGBoost.
* Familiarity with big data technologies like Apache Hadoop and Apache Spark.
* Experience with cloud platforms, particularly AWS AI services (Bedrock, SageMaker) and/or Azure OpenAI Service.
* Proven ability to work in CI/CD environments with Jenkins, Terraform, GitHub, and Containerization.
