 
        
        We're looking for an IT Support Analyst to provide hands-on 1st- and 2nd-level support in a primarily Mac OS environment, with some Windows support. You'll be the go-to resource for troubleshooting, managing IT assets, and ensuring a smooth technology experience across the office.
This role is hybrid with a strong focus on on-site support and requires someone proactive, approachable, and adaptable who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative workplace.
Key Responsibilities
 * Provide IT support for Mac OS, Windows, hardware, software, and network issues.
 * Act as a visible, approachable presence on-site, resolving issues quickly and effectively.
 * Manage IT assets: ordering, tracking, and organising hardware and peripherals.
 * Support and maintain meeting rooms, AV systems, and company events.
 * Troubleshoot, resolve, and escalate issues as needed.
 * Contribute to IT process improvements and clear documentation.
Skills & Qualifications
 * Experience delivering 1st- and 2nd-level IT support in a professional environment.
 * Strong knowledge of Mac OS; working knowledge of Windows systems.
 * Familiarity with IT ticketing tools, asset management, and troubleshooting practices.
 * Experience with AV systems and conferencing tools.
 * Strong communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills.
 * Highly proactive, organised, and adaptable, with a commitment to on-site support.
