About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Audit Senior to oversee a series of audit engagements, planning and resourcing assignments, and preparing financial statements for review. The successful candidate will possess excellent analytical skills, strong business acumen, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage audit engagements, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outcomes;
* Plan and resource assignments, including staffing, budgeting, and risk assessment;
* Prepare and present financial statements for review, providing insightful analysis and recommendations;
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improvement initiatives;
* Stay up-to-date with industry developments, regulatory requirements, and best practices in audit and assurance.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field;
* Professional certification (CPA, CA, CMA) or equivalent experience;
* Minimum 5 years of experience in audit and assurance, with a focus on leadership and management;
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills;
* Strong analytical and technical skills, with proficiency in accounting software and systems.
