Haleon is recruiting for an Operator to join on a temporary basis. This role provides direct support in the Manufacturing and Packaging Process.
Responsibilities:
* Use, storage, maintenance, and cleaning of all equipment within the relevant areas in the manufacturing operations department as per approved documentation including SOPs, Batch Documents, PO’s, etc.
* Achieve operational targets including OEE, RFT, Document Error, c/o, Waste reduction targets.
* Participate in work center-based Teams and teamwork initiatives including design, development, and implementation of projects such as audits, inspections, and project execution.
* Engage in continuous improvement projects and GPS training, instructing fellow Operatives as designated by the supervisor.
* Report department measures, metrics, and controls accurately.
* Maintain and control specialized equipment and tools in relevant areas.
* Complete all manufacturing and packaging in-process testing as per approved documentation and SOPs.
* Perform other duties as assigned based on new developments or changes to the role.
* Ensure Halal requirements are met according to the General Guidelines of Halal Assurance System LPPOM MUI for applicable products and markets.
* Follow safety standards, policies, and procedures during work activities.
* Report near misses, accidents, or dangerous occurrences immediately to the supervisor.
* Document all near misses and accidents with the team leader or supervisor.
* Lead by example and cast the right shadow in the workplace.
* Adhere to quality standards, procedures, policies, SOPs, and all other documentation.
Required Skills & Experience:
* Intermediate or Group Certification or equivalent.
* Previous experience is desirable but not essential; full training will be provided.
