Chief Executive Officer
Executive Solutions are delighted to be retained as the exclusive recruitment partner for this senior appointment.
We will be managing the full search process to identify and secure an exceptional leader who can deliver strategic growth, represent the organisation at the highest levels, and drive meaningful engagement with its stakeholders.
Role Overview
The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) will lead the organisation in achieving its strategic objectives, representing its members at local, regional, and national levels.
This high-profile role requires exceptional leadership, commercial acumen, and the ability to drive membership growth, policy influence, and stakeholder engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Work with the Board to develop and deliver the strategic plan.
Maintain best-practice governance and financial transparency.
Lead business development plans to grow membership and diversify revenue streams.
Act as the organisation's primary representative with government, media, and industry bodies.
Oversee strategic marketing, communications, and public relations activity.
Foster a positive, high-performance culture among staff and stakeholders.
Ensure effective management of the office, facilities, and regulatory compliance.
Report regularly to the Board on progress, finances, and operational performance.

Experience in financial management, governance, and stakeholder engagement.
Demonstrated success in delivering strategic growth and business development.
Proven senior leadership within a membership, business, or not-for-profit organisation.
Qualifications
Postgraduate qualification in leadership, management, or related discipline (desirable).
Third-level qualification in business, management, or a related field (essential).
