The Role

We are looking for a proactive Provisioner to help us scale during an exciting phase of rapid growth across Ireland. You will play a pivotal role, managing everything from due diligence and onboarding to performance monitoring and contract analysis. This is a hands-on opportunity to balance speed with strategy: you'll refine processes, mitigate risks, and drive value across our supply chain without slowing down our entrepreneurial spirit.

What you'll do…

1. Serve as a crucial review gate for merchant applications throughout the onboarding process, ensuring accuracy of documentation in with underwriting processes.
2. Act as the central point of contract between Sales Operations and our Risk teams - you'll be a key partner, clarifying acceptance criteria and updating documentation.
3. Work consistently towards key onboarding KPIs; analyse data to identify process bottlenecks and quality gaps and drive results with a proactive approach.
4. Partner cross-functionally to drive system and process improvements as well as capture reasons for application returns or declines, identifying recurring issues and trends and ensure feedback loops between teams.
5. Provide proactive support and feedback loops to sales teams on documentation requirements and risk considerations as well as support with training on document standards and underwriting processes.


What you'll bring…

6. 2-4 years' experience in sales operations, merchant onboarding or underwriting support
7. Experience within a fintech, payments, or POS environment is desirable but not essential
8. Solid understanding of merchant risk assessment and underwriting documentation requirements.
9. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills - you'll be able to influence cross-functionally between commercial and risk teams.
10. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities; comfortable with data-driven performance management.
11. Proficient in CRM or workflow tools (e.g., Salesforce) and MS Excel/Google Sheets for KPI tracking.
12. Experience designing and delivering training or enablement programs is desirable.
