The job involves planning simple, nutritious menus, chopping ingredients, cooking and portioning into containers for lunches and dinners. I’d prefer someone who can accommodate dietary needs (vegetarian options, low-sodium choices) and use fresh ingredients. Some light kitchen tidying after cooking would be great. I’d like the first session to be a 2–3 hour trial on a weekday morning, then recurring weekly slots. Must be comfortable working in a private home in Ireland and be punctual, with good communication and respect for household guidelines.
