Compassionate Care Professional Opportunity
As a Compassionate Care Professional, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in people's lives. You will work alongside a dynamic and supportive team to promote independence and social inclusion for adults in your care.
The role involves providing person-centred support to individuals with intellectual and physical disabilities, autism, and complex needs. This includes empowering them to live fulfilling lives in community-based settings.
Our ideal candidate will be a compassionate and experienced professional who is passionate about delivering high-quality care. They will have excellent communication, interpersonal, and IT skills, as well as the ability to contribute to and evolve personalised care plans.
* Minimum Level 7 QQI qualification in Social Care Studies (or equivalent in Health/Social Care)
* At least 1 year's experience supporting vulnerable adults or individuals with intellectual disabilities
* Experience managing or responding to challenging behaviours
* Strong understanding of adult safeguarding legislation and national social care policies
* Full, clean manual driver's licence and access to own car
