Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a General Dentist based in our Ennis and Galway clinics. The General Dentist will provide patient-centered care, including routine dental check-ups, hygiene treatments, preventive dentistry, restorative procedures, and cosmetic treatments. Key responsibilities include diagnosing and treating dental conditions, developing tailored treatment plans, performing quality dental care procedures such as fillings, crowns, and root canals, and educating patients on oral health. The dentist will also collaborate with other dental professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
Qualifications
* Proficiency in general dentistry practices such as check-ups, hygiene, preventive care, restorative, and cosmetic treatments
* Experience in advanced dental procedures like endodontics, oral surgery, and prosthodontics is preferred
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build trust and rapport with patients of all ages
* Commitment to delivering compassionate care and providing tailored treatment plans
* Attention to detail, manual dexterity, and ability to perform delicate procedures
* Bachelor's degree in Dental Surgery (BDS) or equivalent, registration with the Dental Council of Ireland, and valid professional indemnity insurance
* Dedication to continuous professional development and staying up-to-date with advancements in dental care
* Experience with modern dental technologies like Invisalign, digital dental systems, or dental implants is an advantage
