About the Role This is an opportunity to establish and manage the HR function on-site for a growing business that has not previously had a dedicated HR presence. The role will focus on putting core HR processes in place and providing hands-on, practical support across the employee lifecycle. While an outsourced HR provider is currently in use, this role will take ownership of day-to-day HR activities internally. Key Responsibilities Drafting, issuing, and maintaining employment contracts and HR documentation Managing employee records, holidays, leave entitlements, and absence tracking Supporting training administration and ensuring compliance requirements are up to date Handling employee relations matters, including grievances and performance improvement plans Acting as the internal point of contact for HR queries across the business Liaising with the outsourced HR provider as required Supporting the business with basic customer contract administration (non-legal) Candidate Profile 4+ years experience in a HR Focused role Comfortable building HR processes from the ground up Practical, organised, and confident managing HR matters independently Strong attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive information discreetly Clionadh Morrissey Skills: HR, Human Resources, HR Manager
