We are seeking an exceptional leader to drive our Additive Manufacturing capabilities forward. As the Manufacturing Director - AM, you will oversee all aspects of Laser Powder Bed Fusion (L-PBF) operations, ensuring seamless integration with our broader production strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
* Tech Lead: Spearhead technical initiatives to enhance efficiency and productivity within our AM area.
* New Product Introduction: Manage high-profile NPI projects focused on Additive Manufacturing technologies.
* Health & Safety Specialist: Develop and implement comprehensive safety protocols for the AM department.
* Maintenance Manager: Strategically plan equipment maintenance schedules to maximize uptime and reliability.
* Production Planner: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute production schedules that meet business objectives.
* Strategic Advisor: Develop long-term strategies for scaling up high-volume AM production.
* Process Validator: Oversee validation activities including VP, IQ, OQ, PQ and ensure accurate documentation.
* Training Officer: Design and deliver training programs for manufacturing staff on AM best practices.
* Cross-Functional Team Member: Foster strong relationships with various departments to deliver top-notch products on time.
