Health & Safety Manager Location: Dublin Salary: Negotiable/Competitive Projects: Civils/Power/Water/Commercial An established and highly respected infrastructure contractor is seeking a Health & Safety Manager to lead and drive safety performance across projects in Dublin.
This is a senior leadership role within a business recognised for delivering critical infrastructure safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards.
The Role Lead the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of the companys health & safety management systems Manage and mentor a team of Health & Safety Advisors Ensure full compliance with Irish H&S legislation, standards, and client requirements Oversee audits, inspections, incident investigations, and reporting Work closely with senior management, project teams, and clients to embed a strong safety culture Review and approve risk assessments, method statements, and project safety plans Provide strategic safety input at tender, planning, and delivery stages Requirements Proven experience in a Health & Safety Manager role within construction, civils, utilities, or infrastructure Strong leadership and people-management skills In-depth knowledge of Irish health & safety legislation and best practice Relevant third-level or professional qualification (NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent preferred) Excellent communication, reporting, and stakeholder-management skills Full clean driving licence Whats On Offer Highly competitive salary and benefits Senior role within a well-established, safety-focused organisation Opportunity to influence safety strategy on major infrastructure projects Long-term career progression within a growing business Please apply with your CV and a brief overview of your leadership and safety management experience.
