Job Title: Cloud Financials Support Manager
About the Role:
The role is part of a global team responsible for supporting and managing business as usual operations, as well as enhancements to internal financial and HR applications.
Key Responsibilities:
* Supporting Oracle Fusion Cloud, Hyperion Financial Management, and Oracle Governance Risk & Compliance
* Reviewing features in Fusion that are not currently being utilized and suggesting improvements
* Analyzing current system design and identifying opportunities for improvement
* Leading a review of integrations and reports for the Finance module
* Managing a global team of support staff
* Liaising with Oracle Support Teams/Service Desk to ensure management and resolution of open Service Requests
Requirements:
* 5+ Years hands-on experience supporting Oracle Fusion Financials
* 10+ years working as a Business Analyst, Functional Consultant, Product Owner, or Business Consultant on Oracle
* Proficient with OTBI and other reporting tools
* Strong project management skills
