Business Support & Sales Coordinator Job description: The Business Support & Sales Coordinator is responsible for providing operational and administrative support across the business while coordinating sales activities, ensuring smooth processes and excellent client engagement. Job responsibilities: Processing orders via email or phone. Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring repeat business and referrals. Provide quality customer service. Go the extra mile. Generating quotations and providing customer advice on products and what suits their requirements. Generating invoices with QAD, sending out statements and following up on outstanding payments. Entering School Store Invoices Into XERO. Provide administrative support to management. Liaise with suppliers and logistics partners to ensure timely delivery of products. Requirements: Customer focused mindset. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Friendly and upbeat personality - Being a Team Player is a must for this role. Excellent computer skills (Microsoft Office) XERO, Shopify and QAD are desirable Strong communication skills (Written and Verbal) Irish / EU Driver License.
