Sales Consultant – DX Air Conditioning & Ventilation, South Dublin - territory Leinster. €60'000 - €70'000 base with excellent bonus and package.
We are delighted to be partnering with our client, a leading specialist in HVAC solutions, to recruit a Sales Consultant to support the continued growth of their DX air conditioning and ventilation division. This is a great opportunity for a motivated professional with strong HVAC knowledge and a proven sales background to join a supportive organisation that values long-term relationships, technical expertise, and career development.
You will be responsible for managing and developing existing customer accounts, while also identifying new opportunities to grow market presence. The role involves regular in-person visits to customers, building trust, and delivering solutions that meet specification targets.
Day to day:
* Develop and strengthen partnerships with existing customers.
* Identify, engage, and secure new business opportunities.
* Conduct face-to-face customer meetings to understand needs and offer tailored solutions.
* Work to achieve specification and sales targets.
* Represent the company as a trusted technical advisor in the HVAC sector.
You will have:
* Solid knowledge of HVAC systems, an engineering qualification or relevant HVAC industry experience.
* A successful track record in sales, preferably within a technical or engineering environment.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build long-term relationships.
* Proactive, self-motivated, and target-driven, with a consultative approach to sales.
