We’re looking for a curious, proactive and driven Business Development Executive to join our Growth team at Alkimii.
In this role, you’ll sit at the front of our sales engine — identifying opportunities, engaging potential customers, and building the pipeline that fuels our growth across the UK and Ireland.

The Opportunity
This is a strong opportunity for someone who has already built a foundation in outbound sales and is ready to step up their impact.
You might be a BDR with 1–2 years of experience looking to gain exposure to the full sales cycle
This role offers a clear path to Account Executive or broader commercial roles as you grow.
What you’ll be doing
You’ll be responsible for generating and qualifying opportunities for our Senior Account Executive team.
Prospecting & Outreach
Identify and research target accounts across the UK and Ireland
Engage prospects through outbound channels (calls, email, LinkedIn and social selling)
Book high-quality meetings for the Senior Account Executive team
Continuously test and refine outreach approaches to improve results
Lead Qualification
Run initial discovery conversations with prospects
Understand customer needs, challenges and current processes
Qualify opportunities against our ideal customer profile
Ensure strong, structured handover to the sales team
Pipeline & CRM Management
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in HubSpot
Track activity (calls, emails, meetings) against weekly targets
Ensure high-quality data to support reporting and forecasting
Use modern sales tools and AI-driven outreach platforms to improve efficiency
Collaboration
Work closely with Senior Account Executives on target accounts and deal strategy
Partner with Marketing to follow up on inbound leads and campaigns
Share insights from conversations to improve messaging and targeting
What success looks like in your first 6 months
You consistently generate qualified meetings for the sales team
You build a strong understanding of our market and customer needs
You are confident running discovery conversations with prospects
You proactively improve your outreach and messaging
You meet or exceed your weekly and monthly activity targets

Have experience in sales, business development or customer‑facing roles

Are comfortable picking up the phone and creating opportunities
Are organised and able to manage your own pipeline

Are curious and motivated to learn about SaaS and the hospitality industry
Requirements
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Experience using CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot)
High attention to detail and follow-through
Eligibility to work in Ireland
Nice to have
Experience in B2B or SaaS environments
Familiarity with modern sales tools (automation, outreach platforms, reporting tools)
Interest in progressing into an Account Executive or Sales Ops role
Hospitality background (e.g., hotel management) with strong people skills and a commercial mindset
