Administrative Support Role
We are seeking a highly experienced administrative professional to support our Chief Executive Officer in Limerick.
The Job:
This permanent role involves working closely with the CEO and other senior colleagues. Duties include maintaining the CEO's diary and appointments, coordinating corporate events, providing reports on corporate KPIs, recording meeting minutes, and handling external requests.
Required Skills:
* A minimum of 3rd level qualification
* 4-5+ years of administrative experience in a large corporate environment
* Excellent IT skills in Microsoft applications
* Strong attention to detail and interpersonal skills
* Event planning and media management experience is an advantage
* Ability to work independently and deliver projects
Benefits Package:
Salary up to 55k + bonus, pension contribution, and benefits. This office-based role may involve occasional travel. We will not consider candidates with restricted visas.
