The Digital Marketing Executive will contribute to our brand's digital and social strategy, utilising the latest techniques and software to ensure we remain at the forefront of social and digital media.

Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and grow our social media presence across Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok, ensuring engaging content and effective ad campaigns.
* Support the General Manager and Sales team in meeting sales targets across departments, with a focus on rooms, events, and corporate segments.
* Develop and execute creative marketing campaigns that resonate with target audiences and enhance brand awareness.
* Monitor and respond to online reviews (Facebook, TripAdvisor, Google) to improve guest satisfaction.
* Analyse social media trends and campaign performance, providing insights to optimise future strategies.
* Oversee the creation of marketing materials for print and digital channels (e.g., newspaper ads, radio promotions, signage).
* Collaborate with external designers and photographers to ensure high-quality content creation.
Requirements:
* At least 1 year's experience in digital and social media marketing, preferably within the hotel/hospitality industry.
* Relevant experience or prior involvement in creating content written, imagery, videos, and generating user-generated content to enhance the online presence of the Company brand.
* Adept in building and running engaging social media campaigns for users that result in higher visitor traffic patterns and greater success rates.
* Relevant qualification in Marketing, Digital Media, Social Media, Graphic Design, Videography, or related field is required.
* Strong understanding of hospitality sales and marketing and digital strategy for hotels
* Must have demonstrable experience managing SEO/SEM, marketing databases, email marketing, social media, analytics tools (e.g., Google), and display advertising campaigns.
* You'll also need to be comfortable using mobile phones to create videos within the Instagram Reels and TikTok Apps.
