The firm is seeking a highly skilled solicitor with 2+ years' PQE, who has keen litigation skills and the ability to provide commercially focused advice on contractual and business matters.
* Managing debt recovery matters across the High Court, Circuit Court, and District Court.
* Drafting and issuing proceedings, liaising with counsel, and attending hearings as required.
* Advising clients on strategy, enforcement, and settlement options.
