Senior Financial Regulatory Lawyer, Dublin
A leading international firm is seeking to appoint a Senior Associate or Of Counsel within its highly established Financial Regulatory Group in Dublin.
Team is known for:
A strong, longstanding presence in the Irish regulatory market
A broad advisory remit across Irish and EU financial regulation
A particularly active fintech and innovation-focused practice
International collaboration across multiple global offices
Work will span:
MiFID II and investment services
Payments, e-money, crypto/MiCAR and wider fintech regulatory issues
AML, sanctions and financial crime
CBI engagement and ongoing compliance work
Regulatory change projects (including DORA)
Market abuse, banking regulation and institutional M&A
They are seeking lawyers with:
4+ PQE in financial services regulation (private practice or in-house)
Alternatively, experience in banking, finance or asset management with a strong interest in regulation
Strong technical, analytical and drafting capabilities
Ability to manage complex matters and competing deadlines
An interest in business development and becoming a trusted advisor
