We are now recruiting for an experienced Warehouse administrator with at least 2 years previous experience in a fast paced environment. this is a well established family run wholesale company that supplies the 26 counties of the republic of Ireland.Requirements:Proficiency in Excel and Word.Must have some warehouse management system experience - WMS.Excellent knowledge in best practice of a fast-moving warehouse.2 years previous experience in a similar role.Strong analytical and numeracy skills.Proven ability to plan, organise and co-ordinate activities in a fast-moving working environment.Duties and responsibilities:Confirming orders on internal computer system - INDEX WMS.Sending out and receiving orders that are to be picked and have been picked in the warehouse.Generating dockets and customer POD reports as required.Answer calls and assist customers with their enquiries.Liaising with warehouse management, drivers, and warehouse staff.Deadline focused.Flexible and adaptable.Ability to work on own initiative or as part of a team.Excellent organisational and Communication skills.Must be able to work well under pressure.Possesses a positive outlook, promoting constructive responses to the challenges of work.Coordinate all Administration reporting is completed after each shift and a handover is complete.Strong communication skills due to our client being a multi-cultural business.Salary & Benefits:Permanent role.Working day shifts Monday to Friday - Operating Hours TBC as the shift will be 8 hours in duration.Free Parking.Staff discount in stores and restaurants.20 days holidays per year.Company events.Holiday & Bank Holiday Pay.All training will be providedJob Types: Full-time, PermanentExperience:Warehouse Admin: 2 years (preferred)WMS: 2 years (preferred)Microsoft, Word, and Excel: 1 year (preferred)processing orders/invoicing: 1 year (preferred)Work remotely:NoJob Type: Full-timePay: €15.30 per hourBenefits:Bike to work schemeCompany eventsOn-site parkingStore discountWellness programWork Location: In person
