DPS Engineering are a seeking a Maintenance Planner for a Pharmaceutical assignment located in Kinsale, Cork Requirements: Experience setting up assets, spares, and preventive maintenance (PM) schedules in computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) Maximo.
Expedite and organize equipment component data from multiple vendors.
Work closely with the Maintenance Supervisor to support implementation of planned and predictive maintenance programs, and provide day-to-day CMMS support and updates.
Strong skills in collating, sorting, and analyzing data using Microsoft Excel.
Ability to review and determine system functionality using Reliability Centered Maintenance tools.
In addition to IT technical skills, a strong understanding of operational processes and contract obligations is required.
Solid understanding of engineering requirements driving asset management, with the ability to work effectively with asset owners.
Ensure changes and amendments to the CMMS and related systems are executed to maintain the integrity of historical data and asset information.
Strong appreciation for Good Documentation Practice (GDP) and data integrity standards.
