Field Sales Executive – FMCG (Carlow, Kilkenny & Laois)
We are recruiting for a Field Sales Executive on behalf of a leading global FMCG organisation. This is a full-time, field-based role covering the Carlow, Kilkenny and Laois territory, managing relationships across independent retailers, multiples and wholesale accounts.
This position is ideal for someone passionate about sales and customer relationships, who enjoys being on the road, influencing in-store execution, and driving commercial outcomes.
What You’ll Do
* Manage and develop relationships across retail and wholesale customers in your territory
* Influence distribution, availability, visibility and space in-store
* Identify new business opportunities and support growth initiatives
* Educate retailers on category insights, promotions and product information
* Work towards territory targets across sales, distribution and coverage
What We’re Looking For
* Experience in field sales, FMCG, retail or a customer-facing commercial role
* Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport quickly
* Self-motivated, organised and comfortable managing your own schedule
* Full driving licence (company car provided)
