Role Description
This role is for an Investment Banking Analyst responsible for supporting transaction execution, financial analysis, and strategic advisory activities across a range of corporate finance initiatives. In this position, you will work closely with senior bankers, associates, and clients to deliver high-quality analytical support for mergers and acquisitions, capital raising, and other financial advisory engagements.
As an Investment Banking Analyst, you will be involved in building detailed financial models, performing valuation analyses, and preparing comprehensive materials that support client decision-making. You will analyze company financial statements, industry trends, and market data to assess business performance, strategic positioning, and transaction feasibility.
Key responsibilities include conducting financial and operational analysis, preparing pitch books, information memoranda, and management presentations, and supporting due diligence processes. You will collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders, including legal, accounting, and advisory partners, to ensure accurate and timely execution of transactions.
