This role involves providing learning and development support to an organization in the aviation industry.
Key Responsibilities:
* Design, implement and manage structured onboarding programs for employees.
* Create engaging training content using modern tools such as Learning Management Systems (LMS) and Canva.
* Support the transformation of HR systems by embedding digital tools and processes.
* Collaborate with leadership to align human resources and learning and development strategies with business objectives.
* Provide additional support across compliance and HR operations as required.
Requirements:
* A minimum of 4 years of experience in HR, with a strong background in learning and development.
* Expertise in adult learning theory and instructional design principles.
* Experience with LMS platforms and other digital learning tools.
