Manage specialised seating clinics and community areas for custom moulded and modular seating systems, including mobility bases, both powered and manual. As the Clinical Seating Specialist, you will engage with a diverse range of healthcare professionals such as occupational therapists, physiotherapists, clinical nurse managers, public health nurses, end-user clients, procurement, and supply officers. The role requires a strong clinical background, high level of knowledge in human biomechanics, initiative, decision-making skills, and the ability to work effectively as part of a clinical team.

Key Responsibilities
1. Utilise clinical knowledge: Assess and recommend appropriate seating solutions tailored to individual client needs.
2. Conduct clinics: Manage specialised seating clinics, ensuring high standards of care for complex clients.
3. Perform assessments: Conduct comprehensive seating assessments for clients with complex needs.
4. Collaborate: Work as part of a clinical team, sharing insights and expertise.
5. Develop relationships: Establish and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals.
6. Sales targets: Achieve profitable territory sales through strategic activities.
7. Assist with enquiries: Provide expert assistance on clinical, technical, and commercial questions.
8. Identify opportunities: Develop new business opportunities and assess market potential.
9. Market analysis: Collect and interpret market and competitor data.
10. Record keeping: Maintain accurate records and supply market information punctually.
11. Marketing activities: Participate in trade shows, conferences, and training.
12. Product launches: Implement new product launches and corporate initiatives.
Minimum Requirements
* At least 3 years' experience in a clinical setting, preferably involving mobility and specialised seating assessments.
* Extensive knowledge of human biomechanics.
* Technical ability in dealing with equipment.
* Experience with mobility product assessments is desirable.
* Knowledge of the Irish healthcare market is preferable.
* Skills in sales, territory analysis, budget management, and presentations.
* Proficiency in MS Office.
* Full clean driving licence.
