Role Description
Position based in Tuam, Co. Galway, with the opportunity to provide both in-person and online therapy sessions. The successful candidate will provide therapeutic support to adolescents presenting with a range of emotional, behavioural, and mental health difficulties.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct assessments and deliver individual psychotherapy sessions.
Develop and review tailored therapy plans to support young people in navigating adolescence.
Collaborate with parents, guardians, schools, and other professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
Qualifications
Hold a recognised qualification in Adolescent Psychotherapy.
Be accredited, or eligible for accreditation, with a recognised professional body.
Have experience working therapeutically with adolescents presenting with a range of emotional, behavioural, and mental health difficulties.
Demonstrate strong clinical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Be committed to ethical practice, professional development, and ongoing clinical supervision.
Have the ability to work collaboratively with families, schools, and other professionals to support positive outcomes for young people.
