The Responsibilities:
* Conduct thorough pre-employment screening and background checks in line with aviation and security regulations.
* Liaise with candidates, managers, recruitment team to ensure timely completion of screening processes.
* Manage and maintain accurate records of screening documentation and compliance reports.
* Monitor and update internal systems with screening progress and outcomes.
* Act as an authorized signatory for the OCS Aviation division.
* Support audits and inspections by preparing and providing relevant documentation
Requirements:
* Previous experience in administration, HR, or compliance (aviation/security sector experience is a plus).
* Role demands exceptional attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and database systems.
* Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
* Other adhoc activities as may be requested
