You will be passionate about make-up, skincare, and fragrance, delivering exceptional service. Even if you don’t have experience managing teams or within the beauty industry, we will provide you with the tools to succeed at Lancôme!
You are a true people person who loves meeting new people and guiding them on a personal journey to feel amazing. Our teams are passionate about cross-category selling of our iconic products, sharing key benefits and features, such as our Number Advanced Genifique Serum.
Your role involves meeting and greeting prospective customers, conducting skin consultations, demonstrating empathy, and sharing expertise and product knowledge to potentially transform their lives.
You will lead by example, proactively approaching customers warmly and providing an exceptional customer experience. You will share your knowledge and educate customers with empathy, enhancing their store experience with our Beauty Tech for personalized skin recommendations.
You will aim to deliver exceptional service and meet your retail targets and strategic goals.
Possessing an entrepreneurial spirit, you will contribute ideas to strengthen the team and the business.
Your induction will include regular training with our Education Team, Area Manager, Education Mentor, and peers. You will access modules across Retail Skills, Make-up, Fragrance, and Skin Care. A comprehensive training induction will also be held at our head office in Hammersmith, London.
You will be eligible to receive a Lancôme Rose of Excellence and attend the Golden Rose taskforce at Head Office.
You will participate in quarterly team training sessions covering new launches, skin application techniques, and product testing.
