1. Progress monitoring to meet project timelines and ensuring high-quality deliverables

* 7-10 years' experience in Site Management
* Previous Main Contractor experience, preferably in large-scale commercial or mixed-use development projects
* Possession of a third-level qualification or trades background
* Familiarity with IT software, including Microsoft applications
* Excellent delegation and organisational skills
* Ability to work collaboratively within a team
