Sam Dennigan & Company uc, one of the largest Irish owned fresh produce and logistics company based in North County Dublin, are currently recruiting for an experiencedFull - TimePayroll Administratorto join our payroll team.Normal working hours:Monday to Friday 9am - 5pmMain Duties and Responsibilities:Working as part of the payroll team to process the weekly payrollCollating weekly payroll changes/updates from HR departmentProcessing of Driver's annual bonus paymentManaging deadlines to meet weekly, monthly and annual deadlinesUpdating new starter/leaver details on Sage payroll and reporting to HR departmentCalculating holiday pay & sick pay and dealing with any queries regarding sameGenerating payroll reports as required by HR/Finance department and Senior ManagementEnsuring accuracy of payroll data and recordsResolving payroll queries from employees and managementCreating and transmission of bank file for weekly paymentMonthly KPI reporting to Senior ManagementLiaising with Employment Agencies on a weekly basis in relation to temporary staff to include weekly hours, holidays and sick pay.Other ad hoc duties that may ariseSkills / RequirementsThe ideal candidate will have relevant experience working in a similar work environment Excellent organisational skills and the ability to balance immediate and long-term prioritiesAbility to work on own initiativeStrong proficiency in Microsoft Excel an advantageSage Payroll experience an advantageTMS (Time Management System) experience an advantageOwn transport essentialBenefits:Onsite parkingCompetitive Rate of PayEmployee Assistant ProgrammeAdditional Annual Leave based on service yearsSam Dennigan & is an equal opportunities employer.
