As a Psychotherapist, you will provide psychological support to clients, facilitating personal growth and well-being. You will work with a diverse client base, utilizing your expertise in high-performance organizational settings.

Key Responsibilities
* Conduct individual and group therapy sessions, focusing on client-centered approaches.
* Utilize HPO techniques to enhance clients' psychological resilience and overall performance.
* Develop personalized therapy plans and track progress over time.
* Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to implement holistic care for clients.
* Provide training and workshops on mental health and resilience in organizational settings.
* Stay informed on the latest research in psychotherapy and HPO methodologies.
* Foster a safe, non-judgmental, and supportive environment for clients.
Requirements
* Must be HPO qualified with relevant experience in psychotherapy.
* A Master’s degree in Psychology, Counseling, or related field is required.
* Fluent in English with excellent communication skills.
* Proven experience providing psychotherapy with diverse populations.
* Strong understanding of mental health principles and therapeutic techniques.
* Ability to work collaboratively within a team as well as independently.
* Willingness to relocate to Ireland, embracing the local culture.
* Understand and comply with ethical guidelines and standards of practice.
