Senior Access Consultant required for growing and well respected Dublin consultancy The ideal person for the role will have 5+ years experience in either Diversity, Equity and Inclusion, Access Consulting, Disability Inclusion, or Universal Design. Proven track record in leading accessibility assessments and delivering high-quality, actionable reports. Strong knowledge of disability access legislation and standards. Communication: Excellent written and oral skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and complex projects. A team player who can collaborate across teams to achieve shared goals. Desirable Skills: Accreditation (e.g., IAAP) or professional membership.
