We’re looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead a high-impact Observability Program for a leading client in the Cards & Payments domain.

We are currently prioritizing locally based candidates who can start quickly.
Hands on experience in Program/Project Manager (PM) to support and drive our Observability Program, covering both application domains and the platform team.
Program components include working with:
Developers, Tech Leads, and Business Analysts on the application/domain side
Dynatrace engineers on the platform side
The PM will coordinate requirements, align priorities, track milestones, and ensure clear communication across the organization.
Lead end-to-end program delivery for observability initiatives
Collaborate closely with Developers, Tech Leads, and Business Analysts
Work alongside Dynatrace engineers on platform integration and monitoring strategy
Manage requirements, prioritize deliverables, and track milestones
Ensure clear communication and stakeholder alignment across teams
What we’re looking for:
8+ years of experience as a Program/Project Manager
Strong background in Cards & Payments domain
Proven experience managing large-scale, cross-functional programs
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
Experience with observability/monitoring tools (e.g., Dynatrace) is a strong plus
