We’re expanding globally and seeking a Sales Manager to drive lead generation, build international partnerships, and close high-impact deals across key markets. If you’re a results-driven sales leader with a passion for tech and B2B strategy, we want to hear from you.
The Role
1. Identify and engage BPOs and businesses across various industries worldwide.
2. Build a deep understanding of New Media AI’s product offerings and tailor value propositions to client needs.
3. Develop and maintain long-term, trust-based relationships with global clients.
4. Stay informed on international market trends, competitors, and opportunities; adjust sales strategies accordingly.
5. Use a consultative approach to assess client challenges and present custom solutions.
6. Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and virtual forums to expand global visibility.
7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, operations, tech) to deliver seamless client experiences.
Ideal Profile
1. At least 8 years of experience in B2B Sales, Account Executive, or Telesales roles, ideally within Consulting, IT Infrastructure, Blockchain, Cloud Computing, AI Automation Solutions, or IT Services industries.
2. Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
3. Proven success in sales, business development, or account management, preferably within BPO or tech sectors.
4. Deep understanding of global business practices with experience selling across multiple markets.
5. Demonstrated success managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to deal closure.
6. Strong relationship-building skills with clients from diverse cultural backgrounds.
