Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Legal Administrator located in Cork. The Legal Administrator will manage the preparation of legal documents, provide administrative support to the legal team, and facilitate communication within the firm and with clients. Daily tasks will include drafting and reviewing legal documents, organizing case files, managing schedules, and coordinating meetings. The role requires maintaining accurate records, ensuring compliance with legal standards, and supporting the overall efficiency of the legal department.
Qualifications
* Knowledge of Law and Legal Administration
* Skills in Legal Document Preparation and Administrative Assistance
* Strong Communication skills, both verbal and written
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a legal setting
* Excellent organisational and multitasking skills
* Bachelor’s degree in Law, Legal Studies, or related field is preferred
* Experience in a legal environment is advantageous
