The Finishing Foreman is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the finishing stage of a commercial construction project. This role involves coordinating and supervising finishing trades, ensuring high-quality workmanship, and ensuring the project is completed on time and within budget. The Finishing Foreman ensures that all work is done to specification and adheres to safety regulations while maintaining a clean and orderly work environment

Qualifications:
7. Minimum of 3 years as finishing foreman or similar role within the building industry
8. Trades qualification (Carpentry preferable)
9. Excellent knowledge of finishing materials, techniques, and industry standards.
