Site Management Opportunity
A leading contractor in Drogheda seeks an experienced Site Manager to join their large-scale housing project.
This role offers the chance to lead a significant development with a top-tier contractor and be part of a team with a strong pipeline of upcoming projects in the area.
* Assist the Project Director in the day-to-day management of the residential construction project.
* Monitor and report on project progress, quality, and safety compliance.
* Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and on-site teams to ensure timely completion of works.
* Support procurement of materials and manage site documentation.
* Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations on site.
* Project reporting and site meetings with stakeholders.
Requirements:
* Previous experience as a Site Manager, preferably in the residential sector.
* Strong organisational and communication skills.
* Ability to read and interpret drawings, specifications, and schedules.
* Knowledge of health & safety regulations.
