This senior-level position focuses on driving business growth by securing new projects and nurturing existing client relationships to expand market presence across key industries.
Key Responsibilities: Serve as the primary contact for RFQs, presenting quotes and negotiating sales prices.Develop and implement sales strategies to meet company growth targets.Represent the company at meetings, industry events, and trade shows with clients.Identify and pursue new business opportunities domestically and internationally.Build strong client relationships by understanding technical requirements and providing engineering solutions.Collaborate with senior management to align sales strategies, review pricing, and monitor profitability.Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.Provide sales forecasts and performance reports to directors.Work closely with engineering, research, design, and production teams to deliver quality products.Review pricing strategies to improve margins and mitigate inflation impacts.Requirements: Experience in injection moulding manufacturing or toolmaking with a strong technical background.Senior sales or business development experience is advantageous.Proven track record of exceeding sales targets.Excellent relationship-building, negotiation, and closing skills.Strong communication and presentation abilities.Ability to work independently and collaboratively.Why Apply Today?
