Our core business activities are teaching and learning, widening access to education, research and innovation and technology and knowledge transfer. - THE ROLE - The post holder will provide administrative support to the Senior Management Team and contribute to the administrative support service to senior officers as and when required. - ABOUT YOU - 1. You will provide full administrative support to the Senior Management Team, working as an integral member of the business support team within the school, promoting a teamwork ethos, supervising other clerical staff and providing guidance and support where necessary. 2. You will support financial procedures including raising and processing requisitions, orders, invoices and claims including the use of on-line systems in accordance with UU policy. 3. You will organise and update databases and spreadsheets to produce reports to meet requirements. 4. You will provide administrative subject support to Academic Staff and students, assisting with key activities. Working closely with internal teams such as Compliance, Admissions, Exams and Education.
