Job Overview
Our organization is seeking an experienced IT Specialist to provide comprehensive technical support for a manufacturing site and additional European locations.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver end-to-end technical assistance for various systems, hardware, software, and mobile devices at the manufacturing and administrative levels.
* Collaborate with the Service Desk team to design, configure, and deploy new PCs, install necessary software, and perform user setups.
* Support and maintain all Audio-Visual equipment and conference room systems to ensure seamless operations.
* Analyze and resolve complex issues related to Windows configuration, networking, printing, and standard desktop tools in a timely manner.
* Manage local ITSM tickets, guaranteeing timely updates, escalation, and SLA compliance according to our operational standards.
* Provide white-glove service to senior management and high-profile users by offering personalized support solutions.
* Assist with the operation of local infrastructure including servers, routers, WAN circuits, and switches to ensure optimal system performance.
* Oversee the lifecycle of IT assets and adhere to regulatory guidelines for disposing of obsolete equipment.
* Contribute to or lead local IT projects and process improvements that enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
* Offer proactive customer service and maintain open communication until full resolution is achieved.
