Engineering Supervisor (Security Systems) Dublin South €65-69k plus benefits Your role will involvesupervising a team of established Service Engineers, as they carry out routine maintenance on CCTV systems, intruder alarm systems & access control systems. You will provide your own expertise and support the day-to-day management. It is expected that you will have a minimum of 5 years experience working as a Security Systems Engineer along with the drive and determination to supervise a team. You should have strong technical working experience in an IP Network environment with knowledge of software integration. Typically, your role will involve: Supervision of the Service Security Engineering Team Support the team on any technical queries and provide solutions. Work with the Service desk team to control workloads, hours and number of jobs completed within agreed limits Work across stakeholders from Clients, Sales, Service desk and Engineering Team Keep all associated paperwork up to date, training certs, RAMS, Safe Pass, as well as reports for senior management weekly.
