We are seeking a Lean Practitioner to drive continuous improvement across our manufacturing operations. You'll play a key role in boosting efficiency, reducing waste, improving quality, and enhancing safety through Lean tools and methodologies.
What you'll do:
* Lead Kaizen events, workshops, and improvement projects
* Eliminate waste and streamline processes using Lean principles
* Coach and train teams in problem-solving and Lean practices
* Partner with operations to sustain improvements through visual management and KPIs
* Foster a culture of continuous improvement across all levels
What we're looking for:
* Degree (or equivalent) in Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Operations Management, or equivalent experience
* Proven manufacturing experience with strong Lean implementation background
* Lean Practitioner qualification (Black Belt preferred) or equivalent experience.
* Skilled in Lean tools (6S, VSM, Kanban, PDCA, etc.)
* Strong problem-solving, facilitation, and communication abilities
