**Job Title:** Store Manager
We are seeking an experienced and ambitious leader to join our team as a Store Manager. This is a permanent position offering 39 hours per week, with full flexibility for availability including weekends.
As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for planning and achieving the sales and profit goals of your store. You will lead, coach, and develop your team, promoting a safe work environment and ensuring a great customer-first experience.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Sales & Profit:
o You will analyze and follow up on your store's sales and profit KPIs, taking action to maximize results.
o You will oversee store operations, ensuring best practices are followed in-store and in line with the company vision.
* People & Teams:
o You will ensure all employee relation responsibilities, legal requirements, and policies are fulfilled.
o You will recruit, train, develop, and manage succession for your store.
o You will evaluate and manage the performance of your team through dialogues, development plans, and feedback, encouraging leadership and supporting business needs.
