About the Role
We are seeking a skilled professional to assess customer proposals, prepare credit applications and make recommendations to our underwriting team.
Your New Responsibilities: As a Credit Analyst, you will be the primary point of contact for SME customers in financial difficulty, providing exceptional customer engagement and negotiation skills over the phone.
Key Requirements:
* AAP/QFA certification (Loans and Regulations)
* Prior experience assessing SME credit and engaging with customers via telephone
* An understanding of financial institution operations
