We are seeking a motivated individual to fill the role of Front of House Team Member. In this position, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences by providing friendly and efficient service in our restaurant.
About the Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
* Greeting guests and escorting them to tables with courtesy and professionalism.
* Assisting with seating arrangements to ensure hotel standards of service are met.
* Maintaining the cleanliness of the restaurant at all times, including preparing it for service.
* Taking reservations and managing reservation systems accurately. Ensuring that guest needs are monitored throughout their visit. Controlling bookings efficiently while considering table allocation requests from guests prior to arrival Confirming reservations effectively as required; allocating ideal tables based on availability Providing an excellent customer experience through active listening skills enabling adaptability flexible problem-solving Other responsibilities include completing other duties assigned.
