Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Growth Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will play a critical role in driving business growth by generating and qualifying new business opportunities.


Key Responsibilities:

* Outbound Prospecting: Conducting outbound prospecting via cold calling, email outreach, social selling, and other techniques.
* Candidate Identification: Researching and identifying potential customers and key contacts within target markets.
* Needs Analysis: Engaging with prospects to understand their needs, challenges, and goals.
* Lead Qualification: Qualifying leads based on established criteria.
* Pipeline Development: Collaborating with the sales team to hand off qualified opportunities effectively.
* Data Management: Maintaining accurate records of interactions and activities in our CRM system.


Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have experience in a customer-facing role, excellent communication skills, analytical thinking, and the ability to use data to evaluate business opportunities. They will also be adaptable, open to new ways of working, fluent in English, and possibly have previous experience in business development or interest in finance.
