Contract and Commercial Expert
We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team as a Contract and Commercial Expert.
Candidates will be required to demonstrate capability and experience in dealing with challenging projects in the construction industry.
Responsibilities:
* Provide commercial and contractual advice to senior management
* Negotiate and agree contracts with subcontractors
* Identify potential losses and investigate claims
* Ensure timely closure of final accounts
Requirements:
* Degree in Quantity Surveying or Commercial Management
* 2+ years' experience in a Contract and Commercial role on construction projects
* Ability to work on large scale, high headcount construction sites & negotiate with subcontractors
