Job Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Administration Support Officer to join our team.
In this role, you will be the backbone of our daily operations, providing essential administrative assistance to ensure our office runs smoothly.

Key Responsibilities
CRM management
Documentation and records: Maintain electronic and hard-copy filing systems, ensuring data is accurate, up-to-date, and easily retrievable.
Communication: Act as a first point of contact for internal and external inquiries; manage emails, phone calls, and correspondence with professionalism.
Scheduling: Coordinate meetings, manage calendars, and book travel arrangements for team members as needed.
Project Support: Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and briefing materials.
Skills & Qualifications
Experience: 1 year of experience in an administrative or clerical role.
Technical Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point) and Google Workspace.
Experience with CRM Salesforce.
Organisation: Exceptional time-management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills with a focus on customer service.
Problem Solving: A "can-do" attitude with the ability to troubleshoot minor issues independently.
